Where this came from

Built in a real operation. Now available to everyone.

Appraisal Desk started as internal tooling inside a high-volume appraisal operation. It ran hundreds of orders a week in production for 15 years before anyone else could buy it.

Today, Appraisal Desk is a dedicated software company, and that operation is our anchor customer: 20,000 appraisals a year, still running on the platform every day. Same builders. Same platform. Our only job now is making it better.
